it’s a special sale event where we bring back some of our favorite kate spade new york styles, redesigned specifically for our online shoppers. these items are very similar in style to items you may have seen before, but may have variations in color, trim, or embellishment. these products are designed for the kate spade new york customer and cannot be found in our land-based specialty stores. surprise sale prices are only valid during the surprise sale.
due to a high volume of orders, it can take 4 to 6 business days for your items to process and ship. (please note, it may take longer if your account is on credit hold for review).

you'll be able to see order details and shipping information for all your orders. after your order ships, we'll email you with your tracking information. you'll also be able to see it in your order history.
because we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order once placed as processing begins immediately.
all items are final sale - no returns or exchanges will be accepted for those items. if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer care team at 877-850-1079 and they will be happy to assist you.
in the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at 877-850-1079. we will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. if we are able to locate a replacement, we will send it to you at no charge to you, and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service.
we will not charge your credit card until your item(s) have shipped. however, you may see an authorization hold from us when you place your order. if your order does not get processed or is canceled, the authorization hold will disappear in three to five business days.

though infrequent, there are instances in which an item can become out of stock while an order clears through our system. rest assured, you will not be charged for this item. you may see an authorization hold on your account, which will drop off in 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
