Item Availability
Product availability is not guaranteed until items are purchased. Fulfillment for most orders begin as soon as your purchase is completed. Your items are shipped once payment is approved, your shipping address is verified, and the item is located.
After your order leaves our fulfilment center, delivery times vary according to your shipping method and shipping address.
Select items are not eligible for shipping outside of the continental united states. A message will be displayed during the checkout process if you have one of these items in your shopping bag.
Pre-order items are not yet in stock, but available for advanced order on our site. Therefore a pre-ordered item is shipped directly to your chosen shipping address once it is in stock. As with all purchases on our site, you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. The expected date that the item will leave the fulfilment center is indicated on the product detail page. This date is a good estimation of the item's availability but please note that the date is not firm. Should the expected shipping day change, you will be notified via email.
